Auto Enrollment
Receive instant access to your account online when you auto enroll using your personal identifying information. The easiest process is to use your CheckCard information, but you may also use your most recent statement information to successfully enroll. The process includes the option to enroll in Bill Payment and eStatements.

Viewable Accounts
Checking, Savings, CD Balances, Money Market, Loan Balances and Transactions, Home Equity Line of Credit, Credit Card Balances and Personal Line of Credit activity - The ability to view Deposit balances and activity and Loan Account balances information real-time. Transaction history is built starting with first log-in and up to 390 days of history is viewable.

Internal Transfers, Scheduled Transfers
The ability to conduct transfers of funds between accounts held at National Exchange Bank & Trust. Can also future date single or recurring transfers or set transfers up to reoccur.

External Transfers
The ability to conduct transfers of funds between accounts held at National Exchange Bank & Trust and another Financial Institution. Can also future date transfers or set transfers up to reoccur.

Online Alerts
The ability to preset an alert on an account based on the parameters assigned (i.e. balance thresholds, specific check clearing or CD maturity notification).

Bill Payment
The ability to pay bills online without sending a paper check. Schedule one-time or recurring bills. Bill payment reduces the amount of your precious time spent writing and mailing checks. Bill Payment may be added through the paper application, in the auto enrollment process or simply by selecting "Make Payments" in Exchange OnLine to add the feature.

e-bills
Consolidate your e-bills.
Eliminate paper bills.
All at no charge with e-bills located within the Bill Payment section of Exchange OnLine.

E-bills allow you to receive bills online conveniently in the Bill Payment area of Exchange OnLine, making the payment of your bills easier and more convenient

The payees that offer the electronic bill option available are identified on the My Payees and Make Payments page with a Set up e-bills link. Before adding an e-bill in Exchange OnLine, you must first have established a UserID and Password at the site of the biller which you wish to add.

Expedited Payments
With this feature, you may make a last-minute payment via Exchange OnLine Bill Payment, and still get it there on time. For a small convenience fee, you gain peace of mind and avoid costly late fees or a black mark on your credit rating. Visit our Expedited Payments FAQ for more information.

Secure Sign On
Secure Sign On offers added protection when signing on to your already secure Internet banking account.

eStatements
eStatements offer a free, electronic replica of your printed statement that eliminates the need to print and mail the paper copy. Sign up today by clicking the "Statements" option when viewing your account information online.

Forgotten Password
Use this tool at the log-in screen to reset your password based on security questions you have provided. Once you have been locked for too many login attempts, the forgotten password service is also locked out, so please use this feature before being locked out.
