Secure Sign-On
Secure Sign On is a security feature of Exchange OnLine that is designed to protect your personal information and accounts.
Our Secure Sign On Process has Two Parts:
First, a picture and phrase selected by the OnLine Banking customer will be displayed at each sign-on process. This will confirm that the user is truly at the National Exchange Bank & Trust banking site and not an imposter site. Second, we will need to confirm your identity, so in some cases, we may ask for additional information before you sign on.
How to Set Up Secure Sign On:
(Those customers who successfully completed auto enrollment will be presented with the Secure Sign On screens upon their first log in after enrollment.)
- Select a picture and personal phrase – These visual cues will assure you are at our site upon entering your user ID and that it is safe to enter personal information.
- Select and answer confirmation questions that may be used during sign-on to verify it is truly the person authorized to the user ID.
- Register a personal computer (optional) that is generally used when using Exchange OnLine.
