National Exchange Bank’s new virtual assistant and chatbot, Nat, reported for duty on nebat.com on March 13, 2024. Now, help is just a click away. With Nat, visitors can initiate a chat by clicking on the “How can I help you?” button at the bottom right corner of any page on nebat.com, receiving prompt assistance with just a few keystrokes.

Should visitors require assistance beyond Nat’s abilities, Nat will seamlessly connect them with a vBanker for personal accounts or a Business Specialist for business accounts - available on business days from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, if Nat cannot resolve an inquiry, website visitors can always send a message on the Contact Us page or fill out the comment box at the end of the Nat Engagement Survey pop-up box.

In the busyness of daily life, reaching out via phone or visiting a branch may not always be feasible. Nat bridges the gap by providing an avenue for customers to access bank product information anytime, anywhere.
